Presidents  

Mr Yeo Tien Kiong is the Director of the company. He obtained a Mechanical Engineering Degree from University Malaya, Malaysia and an MBA from Oklahoma City University, USA.

Prior to founding Cache Capital in year 2001, Mr Yeo was working for Transpac Capital Pte Ltd, a Regional Venture Capital firm. Prior to that he was managing manufacturing companies in the building materials industries. Mr Yeo has about 10 years of hands on working experience in manufacturing and 6 years of venture capital experience.

Mr Yeo is currently a Mentor of the Cradle Investment Programme of MAVCAP.

   

 

Partner  

Mr Ong Peng Wee is a Partner of Cache Capital. He is responsible for Cache's overseas investment opportunities and advisory services. Peng Wee is also an executive director of Roc Partners and a partner of Willsonn Partners in China. Prior to this, Peng Wee was a director with Deloitte & Touche in China. He was also a director of another international financial services firm in Singapore which he helped started.

Peng Wee specializes in helping businesses achieve their strategic objectives. He has also developed a performance management application that helps business executives obtain useful and timely insights about its business.

Throughout his career, Peng Wee had advised numerous state owned, public and private enterprises in mergers & acquisitions, investments, IPOs, valuations and capital raising. Peng Wee had helped companies in many industries, including financial services, airports, utilities, education, technology, industrial, FMCG companies, real estate, transport, business services, etc.

Peng Wee is a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") and Chartered Accountant ("CA"). He also has a Bachelors of Science (Hons) degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

   

 

  Vice President

Mr Terence Eng obtained his Masters of Business from Victoria Institute of Technology, Australia and his Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University, USA. Mr Eng is an Associate member of CPA Australia.

Mr Terence Eng has 12 years of working experience in various sub-sectors of financial services. Prior to joining Cache Capital, he was the Investment Manager of PNB Nomura Jafco Management Sdn Bhd for 8 years where he was exposed to various façade of venture capital investment.

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Vice President

Lee Kean Cheong (Eddie), obtained his Master of Commerce from The University of New South Wales, Australia and his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Computer Sciences) from Murdoch University, Australia. He is also CPA (Australia), CA (Malaysia) and Chartered Member of Institute of Internal Auditor.

Mr Lee has more than 12 years of working experience which include audit and manufacturing experience. He started his career as auditor with one of the Big Four before joining one Main Board company as an accountant. He left the Group in 1998 to be the Finance Manager of a multinational corporation in Penang and has the experience of heading few departments besides Finance within the company.

   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  Business Development Director

Aini Suraya, is a chartered accountant under Malaysian Institute of Accountants, obtaining her accountancy degree from University of Malaya. She started as an auditor in an international audit firm and her experiences include audit and consulting of plantation companies (IOI Plantations), property development and timber concession. Her experiences also include setting up a new division for the company providing government consulting work. She was also a financial advisor to Shell Refining Co. Berhad and provide financial advisory for the closure of Lutong Refinery in Miri.

Aini held a management position in Astro, the leader in broadcasting media and entertainment in Malaysia as a senior business analyst. Her experience includes project management of an IT project worth RM200 million and the biggest corporate social reponsibility program in Malaysia called Kampus Astro worth RM30 million. Kampus Astro has placed Astro the winner in the prestigious CSR Asia award, competing with other Asean companies for its contribution to the local community in education.

Aini was also a business development advisor to Spacetoon Media Hub, a collaboration between K Perak (State agency) and Space International based in Dubai.
